Moosey the Moose is the cutest and coziest symbol of Canada. Created from super soft black fur with a “Warm Buddy” embroidery on the paw. Moosey comes with a removable inner pack that can be warmed in the microwave or cooled in the freezer as desired. The heat pack is proudly made in Canada from all natural ingredients, is hypoallergenic and safe and easy to use. Moosey has a washable cover so it is easy to keep clean (machine wash and dry gentle cycle / cool or warm). Moosey comes unscented as some children may have allergies. Aromatherapy scent can be added by placing a few drops of essential oil on the inner heat pack.

Moosey is a fun, natural and safe way to treat all kinds of bumps and bruises, headaches, tummy aches and ear aches. Moosey can be used to help settle children at bedtime with it’s comforting warmth.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Please email us at dina@presentspresentspresents.ca to let us know that you would like to return or exchange your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags.

There are no returns on Sale Items or Custom Orders.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All edible or consumable products including food, tea and coffee can not be returned. We also do not return personal care products including bath and body products or Gift cards.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded your order less the 3% fee that our service provider charges us.
