Oops I Dropped It Again! With its sleek, modern look, cheeky personality and grow-with-me design, the Happy Sippy guarantees a smile. One of the first sippy cups made entirely of food-safe silicone, the simple 3-piece design is durable, unbreakable, leak-resistant, and mold-resistant. Less is more with our new design. The simple silicone cup and lid design is all you need and nothing you don’t… well, except for the handles. Those come in handy for littles learning how to drink on their own.

This grow-with-me cup was designed with the future in mind! Just pop off the handles when your little is ready to grip the cup and when you’re ready to really take the training wheels off, pop off the lid for open cup drinking! We’d love to take all the credit behind the simple, but powerful design, but we worked with an occupational therapist to make sure we got this model perfect for your little ones. Cheers!

      Returns

      If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Please email us at dina@presentspresentspresents.ca to let us know that you would like to return or exchange your item.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and with tags.

      There are no returns on Sale Items or Custom Orders.

      Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. All edible or consumable products including food, tea and coffee can not be returned. We also do not return personal care products including bath and body products or Gift cards.

      Shipping

      To return your product, please mail it to:

      You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
      Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
      If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dina@presentspresentspresents.ca.

      If you cancel an order before it has been shipped, you will be refunded your order less the 3% fee that our service provider charges us.
